Shirts For Sublimation
Shirts with a lot of polyester is best for sublimation. It is the polyester fibers that accept the sublimation ink permanently.
Any cotton fibers will temporarily get sublimated but they will wash out within just a few washes. Remember, the sublimation ink adheres to the polyester fibers only.
Polyester shirts can be thin and flimsy but there are others out there that have a thicker, cotton feel. The Cricut brand shirts are better than most polyester shirts and they’re available from Amazon Prime with a free 30-day trial.
